Day #19 Reflection

Dear Reader,

If this trip held any kind of value, it is that I feel I have had incredible opportunity to figure out what energy to act upon. I don’t quite understand it enough to be able to explain it, but it has definitely put me in line with a particular understanding of what I am capable of. Knowing when energy has changed and it is time to step away from an experience is a valuable skill to cultivate. And, that I think, is the one thing I can leave you with tonight.
