Day #29 Reflection

Dear Reader,
Tonight, I have to take some time to honor momentum. I feel I am finally understanding how energy build’s and manifest’s on both ends of the spectrum. And while, I do not want to spend too much time on tonight’s reflection, I do want to say this -
The value of consistency isn’t often talked about. It is not just about building habit’s. It is about changing and transforming your life. It is about taking your dreams seriously. Taking yourself seriously. I have realized that it doesn’t even need to be big consistent steps. It can be small consistent steps. That’s what creates momentum. Each time you take these small consistent steps, you choose a better version of yourself. I want to encourage you to continue to choose yourself.
I know this understand of consistency is beginning to resonate deeply for me because I am choosing to root in a new foundation. It started with letting go and releasing what doesn’t serve me. And now, it is moving into tilling the soil to begin rooting. Momentum is not just action. It is energy and the energy, is so powerful when you are intentional about every action step you take.
When you know clearly that you want to be a better version of you. Consistency becomes easy. If you are finding it difficult to be consistent, then it may be an indicator that the relationship with yourself needs healing and nourishing. When you unconditionally love yourself, you unconditionally show up for yourself. And I understand, some day’s it’s hard to see that exist’s within you. Some day’s you have a hard time believing that you are connected to the divine. That you are apart of divinity itself. On those day’s, allow yourself grace, but do not forget to continue to re-align with your path. With your dream’s, in the small consistent steps you take every single day.
In the coming days, I will probably root deeper into the small consistent habit’s that I am going to choose to develop. While also, tapping into the why. I want to create depth within the habit’s that I choose this time around, so that the momentum carries clearly.
