Unravel, friends.

Good Morning!
This message is intended for those who need the reminder to align with who you truly are. To do your best to stop aligning with what makes things easier for others, and instead, chose yourself and your highest excitement’s. I am writing to you, because I realize how easily it is for me to fall into the energy patterns and habits of other’s. The little girl in me, always wants to be loved and approved of. Am I being acceptable? Am I worthy of receiving your love? Is the energy behind the decision’s I would often make. I am way into my late thirties and I only recently understood, just how deep all of that goes for me. I would have never admitted it to anyone, but I would disguise it as love, but really, it was selfish. I was over-giving in order to benefit my own fear of not being loved. And I know how hard it can be to recognize yourself amongst all of the insecurity. So, this one is for you.
This is your reminder to tune into the things that truly bring you joy and let go of the guilt that has been stopping you. It is not only okay that you experience joy, it is required. You were not given this one life, to allow yourself to wallow in guilt or shame. Be yourself and be yourself unapologetically Now, for some of us, the question becomes, how do I know if it’s really me? Well, that becomes somewhat of a challenge. Because for some of us, we have been allowing other’s to define what we like or don’t like. But, have you ever stopped to really examine why you like or don’t like something? Tuning into your true self begins with defining and re-defining every little thing. It is building upon that momentum over and over again. Asking yourself, “do I even, genuinely like this?” or, “was I doing this because everyone else was? Or, because i was told to? Or, because it’s always been done this way?” It starts with asking yourself those simple question’s in all things that you do. That is how you begin really finding yourself amongst the layers of conditioning and even layers of generational trauma. That is how I’ve made, discovering who I truly am practical. And I think that’s the beautiful thing about life right now for me. It is integrating spirituality with practicality because they can exist on the same spectrum. To make your spirituality, a practical practice is the key to bringing to life the things that you want. That’s what I believe. In order to bring your heavenly request’s in, you have to ground in the physical reality. And that is what action allows us. Action allows us the blessing of manifestion.
This is inspiring me into somewhat of a program. If the first step is to decide that you are going to uncover your most authentic self and then, the following step becomes establishing your likes and dislikes without guilt or shame. Then, what becomes the next step? Perhaps, it is simply reflection. In reflection we discover our truth’s and those truth’s re-align us with our truest desires. This may be the beginning of something that I put together. lol.
Until then, I hope this message finds you and inspires you to remember who you truly are. I always think of the Lion King movie when I say things like that. “Remember, who you are.” Mufasa’s lion spirit says, to Simba from Lion heaven. And it’s not just the words that pierce the soul, it is the energy. The energy of remembrance that exist’s in all of us. It is not that we need to find ourselves. Your authentic self is already alive within you, you’ve just covered her up to be acceptable. And that is okay. But this is also your reminder, that survival mode is no longer serving you. It is safe to unravel. So unravel, friends. You will only find your best self on the other end.
Love Always,
Ariel
