Day #31 Reflection

Dear Reader,

Tonight, I am wanting to find the right word’s, but can’t really bring them forth. Perhaps, that is why. I am too worried about being right. Maybe it’s more about being real and honest. That’s definitely something I was resonating with today, as I did some reflection on the business that I have been in. I reflect on major business area’s that continue to thrive off of people’s insecurities. And while, I don’t want want to spend my energy on the detail’s of my reflection, I do want to say this -

The most honest and real work you can do, is the work you do on yourself. Healing trauma’s, processing pain, releasing cycle’s that don’t serve you, aligning with your most authentic path is the most truthful work you will ever do. It is also, the most beneficial. The quality of your life begin’s within you. It isn’t found in the thing’s you accumulate or, the clothes and make-up you wear or, the approval of other’s. Although, there is nothing wrong with those thing’s and they it feel’s nice to have them and experience them. But, it doesn’t last long. These thing’s don’t take the place of freedom and happiness. Creating freedom and happiness that last, begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Otherwise, you’ll be chasing freedom and happiness outside of you. You’ll search for it in other’s, in thing’s, in experiences and none of it, will fill your cup.

I encourage you to continue doing the work. Continue showing up for yourself. You are the only one who can.
