Dear Reader,

If you find yourself feeling rage, today, I pray you don’t feel alone. If I was aiming to give the best advice and guidance to myself for feeling rage and what I should do with it? I would say, allow that rage to exist. It is okay to feel all the intense emotion’s that you’ve bottled up in order to keep peace or to appear acceptable. It’s okay to feel all the emotion’s that come with not being your true self for so long. The thing is, you could still be caught in that spiral. You could still be repeating the same pattern’s that haven’t been serving you. But, you aren’t. You are doing what many, don’t. Which is, realizing the truth. You are noticing and that is one of the most important steps to change. You cannot change what you do not know. You were brave enough to notice that you did not like how you felt. You were brave enough to get behind yourself for the first time. You were brave enough to look at the truth, no matter how heart breaking.

So, what is the next step moving forward? Integration and transmutation. The goal is to move that energy and use it to continue building healthier boundaries, to continue showing up in your truth. You will use that energy to learn how to speak your truth respectfully, clear and direct. You will use that energy to continue cultivating self-love, so that you no longer need anyone else to accept you in order to feel loved and considered. You will use that energy to become the best, most authentic version of yourself, for the first time, ever.

You may be feeling as if you are in a fight for your life, and in a sense, it is. Because if you do not get behind your authentic voice, you will drown in the energy of other’s. You will lose the very essence of life to the perspective of other’s. You were meant to live a fulfilling life and that, begin’s with aligning with your most authentic self.
