Dear Reader,

I am going to keep tonight’s post simple and short. It is my mom’s first heavenly birthday. She would have been 68 today. And man, the grief is real and it is heavy. I have learned so many things from the grief I’ve experienced from losing my mom. But, if I had to choose one of the thing’s, it would be this -

Truth is foundational and healing. It is where love can flourish, evolve and grow. So don’t be afraid to live in your truth and to speak your truth. That is the foundation in which you build your entire life upon.
