Letter’s of Surrender: 90 Day’s of Living An Intuitive Life

Dear Reader,
Today, I decided to focus my energy differently. I have been sitting with a lot of clarity the past couple of days and this morning, I could feel myself wanting to take action on my clarity. Usually, I would just act without much intention. By intention, I mostly mean, lack of preparation and planning. I was definitely one to try and figure thing’s out as I go. However, this time, although I could feel myself wanting to take action, I also allowed myself to pay attention to the subtle energy that kept saying to reel it in and listen. Intuitively, I could tell that action was being called from me, but not the type of action I was used to. That this time, we were going to take the action of setting an intention, first. Then, moving forward from that state.
As I reflect, today felt both productive and peaceful. Perhaps, the peace came from simply doing the prepping and planning work prior to taking action. When you are clear about what you want to bring to life, thing’s just seem to move seamlessly. I am also finding appreciation for the process. I am learning so much by choosing to move deeper. I used to always define expansion, as wide. I never considered that expansion can also mean, depth. To understand something, someone or an experience more deeply is a different kind of expansion. It’s the type of expansion that can cause an entire shift in perspective. Even more, it’s the type of expansion that allow’s you to see the magic that already exist’s in your life. And when you start doing the deep inner work, you begin to realize that the magic and fulfillment you’ve been searching for is actually within you.
Depth is where truth lives. It is where we become aware of unconscious behavior’s and pattern’s. It is where real transformation and change can take place. Depth is where you realize the humanity within yourself and also, within other’s. It is where empathy and compassion are realized and acted upon. It is where faith in the unknown and unconditional love exist’s. Depth is where one begin’s to align with their most authentic self and therefore, their most authentic path. It is the place in which you can choose to look in the mirror without guilt, shame or judgment and instead, offer understanding, love and trust. The deep, inner work is where you begin to heal the relationship you have with yourself and begin to see and feel the great power that have always existed within you.
